DUE TO COVID-19, USPS IS EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED. SOME ORDERS MAY BE STUCK IN A LONGER THAN NORMAL "PRE-SHIPMENT" STATUS. ALL ORDERS ARE PICKED UP BY USPS WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. SOME ARE NOT SCANNING IN RIGHT AWAY, SO PLEASE, BE PATIENT. YOU WILL GET YOUR PRODUCT.

PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE PRODUCT TO ARRIVE. 

WE CANNOT CANCEL OR ALTER ANY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Are your products authentic?

  • Yes, we only sell licensed and authentic products. 

Where is my order?

  • Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. If the shipping carrier marks the item as "delivered" but you do not see the product, contact your local post office immediately.

What is my tracking number?

  • Tracking will be available 1-2 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number after 4 business days by contacting support.

Amendments and Cancellations 

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered. We try to get our orders out as fast as possible so you can enjoy them ASAP. If you need to make a change to your address, do not contact us. You must contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
